About the Service

This type of permit applies to a wide range of occupations, including high- and low-wage positions, as well as certain agricultural and care roles. The employer must first obtain a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from Employment and Social Development Canada, confirming that hiring the foreign worker will have a neutral or positive impact on the Canadian labour market. Once the LMIA is issued, the employer provides the worker with a copy of the document and a detailed job offer; the worker then submits their work permit application to IRCC, including the LMIA confirmation number and supporting documents.

Why choose this service?

To have a job offer supported by a positive LMIA, meet the requirements of the position sought and provide the supporting documents requested by IRCC.
