Service Description
This service is appropriate if you are looking for an immigration pathway or have specific questions about your current status or something you want to do, such as submitting your file after receiving an invitation, or filing an expression of interest. I can help you with all immigration programs in Canada and Québec, at every stage. As a regulated Canadian immigration consultant, I will review your eligibility questionnaire and ask you additional questions before our Zoom meeting. During the Zoom meeting and based on your answers, I will provide advice on the three (3) best pathways for immigration, including general requirements, timeline, and costs. You may not have three options. In that case, I will give you an answer based on all the options available to you. If your questions relate to a program you have chosen, I will answer your questions. The same applies if you have questions about the validity of your choice or if you have run into obstacles. A short contract to sign will be sent to you once you have booked an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Purpose of the Service The initial consultation is intended to advise you on your eligibility for three Canadian immigration programs, selected based on the information you provide. Please complete the eligibility form on our website at least 24 hours before your appointment. The consultation may also cover specific questions you describe in the form or by email at angela@boldeaimmigration.com. Confidentiality Your personal information remains confidential with Angela Boldea Immigration Inc. and will only be shared with third parties if required by Canadian law or with your written consent. Cancellation Fees A cancellation fee of $75 applies to all paid services to cover processing costs. In the event of a no-show, rescheduling or a refund may be refused. You may reschedule a paid service at least 24 hours in advance by contacting angela@boldeaimmigration.com. Technical Requirements You are responsible for having the technical means necessary for the meeting. Missed appointments, delays, or connection issues do not entitle you to additional time, a refund, or a postponement. Acceptance and Consent By accepting this service, you agree to these terms and enter into a contract with Angela Boldea Immigration Inc., governed by the laws of Québec.
