Express Entry
Express Entry is Canada's online system that manages applications for permanent residence under three programs: the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Skilled Trades Program, and the Canadian Experience Class. Eligible candidates are ranked in a pool according to the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) and then invited to apply in general rounds, program-specific rounds, or category-specific rounds.

About the Service
The Federal Skilled Worker Program is for workers with overseas work experience; applicants are assessed based on skilled work experience, language proficiency, education, age and adaptability, and must obtain at least 67 points out of 100 before entering the pool.
The Skilled Trades Workers Program targets tradespeople with at least two years of full-time experience in a skilled trade within the last five years.
The Canadian Experience Class is for skilled workers who already have Canadian work experience. Selection rounds by category also target candidates with specific skills, such as strong French language proficiency or experience in health and social services professions.
Why choose this service?
To be eligible for one of the three Express Entry programs, obtain a sufficient score in the Comprehensive Ranking System and meet the language, professional and academic requirements specific to the program in question.
