Features of this service: 1. Comprehensive Assessment: We conduct an initial assessment to determine your eligibility for various Canadian immigration programs. We will propose three (3) immigration programs of which you will choose one (1). 2. Document Preparation: We will list your tasks for gathering and preparing all necessary documents, ensuring they meet Canadian immigration standards. 3. Application Submission: We provide the links for you to submit your immigration application, and advise on how to ensure it is accurate and complete. 4. Interview Preparation: We provide guidance verbally on how to respond to immigration interviews upon arrival. Your advice is issued in written for points 1 to 3, by a regulated Canadian immigration consultant, registered with the College of Canadian Immigration Consultants. We will guarantee the accuracy of our advice for 30 days after the issuance of your report.

Frais d’annulation Des frais d’annulation de 75 $ s’appliquent à tous les services payants pour couvrir les frais de traitement. En cas d’absence, la reprogrammation ou le remboursement peuvent être refusés. Vous pouvez reprogrammer un service payant au moins 24 heures à l’avance en contactant angela@boldeaimmigration.com. Exigences techniques Vous êtes responsable de disposer des moyens techniques nécessaires pour la réunion. Les rendez-vous manqués, retards ou problèmes de connexion ne donnent droit ni à un temps supplémentaire, ni à un remboursement, ni à un report. Acceptation et consentement En acceptant ce service, vous acceptez ces conditions et concluez un contrat avec Angela Boldea Immigration Inc., régi par les lois du Québec. Please complete the eligibility form on our website at least 24 hours before your meeting. Consultations may also address specific issues you describe in our form or by emailing angela@boldeaimmigration.com. Confidentiality Your personal information remains confidential with Angela Boldea Immigration Inc. and will only be shared with third parties if required by Canadian law or with your written consent. Cancellation Fee A $75 cancellation fee applies to all paid services to cover payment processing costs. No-shows may be denied rebooking or refunds. You may reschedule a paid service at least 24 hours in advance by contacting angela@boldeaimmigration.com. Technical Requirements You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technical setup for the meeting. Missed meetings, late arrivals, or poor connections are not eligible for extra time, refunds, or rescheduling.
