1 / Book your Initial Consultation
Click on the green button to choose your consultation schedule and pay for a detailed analysis of your file. The consultation cost is 275$. Once you are scheduled, you will receive a request for documents. We will ask you to provide all your proofs and documents generally needed. We will then examine all your documents and assess your situation. We will ask for additional information if needed. You will receive a short contract that protects you as a consumer.

We begin by assessing your unique circumstances and objectives to determine the positives and negatives of your file based on the criteria for PEQ. We will prepare your personalized advice regarding when and how to apply for your CSQ, based on the information you provide. We look for strong and weak points for your file, how to circumvent them and prepare a plan for your application.
3 / The 50 minutes consultation
At the meeting, we give you your strategy and the advice based on the analysis of YOUR unique circumstances. We review with you your documents and explain how to apply. If we are able, we tell you what are your chances of receiving a positive response and what risks you need to control. If you want us to take care of your application, we will credit you the price of the consultation from the price of our representation service.

Madam B and Mister D reverse an intention of refusal
Madam B and Mister D had been in Québec for over 2 years. While Madam B was a student, Mister D worked in a NOC TEER 12200 (accounting technician). Upon applying to PEQ, they received a letter of intention of refusal because the agent did not think that Mister D was qualified for the job and held a majority of the functions described by the NOC. If you are admissible and you agree to our services, we proceed together to the next step: preparation of your application. We credit you the cost of the consultation from the cost of representation.

Our consultants develop a detailed roadmap outlining the necessary documentation, timelines, and particular requirements for your application.
3 / Application Submission
We prepare and submit your application to MIFI, ensuring all forms are completed accurately and all supporting evidence is properly organized. Once the CSQ is obtained, we submit your application to IRCC for PR.
